Aging and Disability Partnership Survey

 

We appreciate your willingness to complete this survey about your local Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and/or about the status of collaboration between aging and disability service systems in your community. The Administration on Aging has made it a priority to encourage aging and disability organizations to collaborate through the ADRC initiative. The results of this survey* will help the ADRC Technical Assistance Exchange (TAE) to identify training and resource needs regarding ADRCs’ incorporation of independent living principles, partnership development and strategies for involving CILs, AAAs and other aging and disability organizations in their planning and program activities.

 

The TAE includes organizations such as the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) and National Association of State Units on Aging (NASUA). The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (N4A) was also a critical partner in the development of this survey.
